The Road to Empathy
June 20th – July 16th, 2015
In 2012 anna anthropy created dys4ia, an autobiographical game about beginning hormone replacement therapy as a trans woman. dys4ia defied many popular perceptions about games, leading some journalists to invent a new genre for it: the "empathy game," a game that allows its players to figuratively walk a mile in someone else's shoes. Now, anna is giving players the opportunity they've been waiting for for three years: to literally walk a mile in her shoes. anna's latest creation, 'Empathy Game,' will be on display from June 20, 2015 to July 16, 2015 as part of an exclusive show we're calling: BABYCASTLES PRESENTS ANNA ANTHROPY PRESENTS THE ROAD TO EMPATHY
