GAME OBJECT HACKFEST

Leading up to the upcoming one-button game objects show at Gray Area Foundation in San Francisco, selected, self-contained game objects and toys will be featured in a high-profile interactive art show. If you can make an all-in-one object that makes noises or even play a game, your work could be selected for the show. We'll have bits and pieces that could be helpful, even if you're creative but lack experience in electronics.

To ensure there are enough tools for everyone, if you've got a soldering iron, wires, and other tools, or even
equipment you're willing to share, bring it along!

Then bring your finished sonic toys Monday, March 8 to Galapagos for the FREE Handmade Music
party/performances in DUMBO.

HANDMADE GAME CONTROLLERS WORKSHOP

Come make crazy new video game controllers with us! We'll have a jungle of fun stuff like dentures and gloves (high five to play!), but you should bring some fun things too. We're going to open up a pile of old game controllers and rewire them to use anything we can think of instead of buttons, and then try to play games with them while completely sober. No experience at all necessary!

Take 'em home, or submit them as one button game objects, or see if they help people with disabilities play games, or Babycastles would love to use your creations for our upcoming exhibit of games rejected from Kokoromi Gamma 4...
