Babycastles & NDNTFD present CHAOTIC INTERFACES (tickets here)

Chaotic Interfaces explores atypical, frustrating, and uncanny ways of interacting. The games and interactables showcased all in some way draw attention to the myriad choices that have led up to our present moment of boring, utilitarian, and needlessly cold interaction design. In assembling this exhibit, we brought together several creators to provide some possibilities for how our built environment could have turned out differently. The works on display range from absurd and funny, to hostile, to impenetrably arcane; each focuses the player's attention on how they are manipulating it.
